Ordering online is easy. Simply choose the products you want, add them to the cart and, once you've finished, click on 'checkout' to pay for your order. All prices are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery.

All payments through our site our processed by Worldpay, a well used, respected and very secure online transaction company. All of your details are encrypted and are totally secure.

If, however, you prefer to pay by credit card over the phone or by cheque, then please telephone us to make arrangements.

Delivery

Delivery will be £90 for the United Kingdom.
Discounted to £45 for addresses in Staffordshire, Cheshire, Shropshire and Derbyshire.
Free delivery for all Samuel Heath Products!
Delivery discounted to £15 for all Bristan Products.

Small items will be delivered by Royal Mail and larger deliveries by courier. All deliveries will be insured by us. Please note that the delivery driver may require assistance to offload the goods. If no is assistance is available, then we will not be able to offload the goods and will charge 10% of the price of the goods for re-delivery.

We will endeavour to despatch all items within 10 working days from receipt of your order. If we are not able to do this, we will advise you by email.

Order changes / cancellations

You have a 7 day period from the date the goods are delivered to cancel the contract. However, this right does not apply if we have customised goods or placed an order for customised items from the manufacturer.

Returns

If you wish to return a defective or incorrect item to us then you must inform us within 3 days from the date of delivery. We will then replace or exchange the goods or refund the item. All items returned to us must include the original packing and be in a saleable condition (if not defective).

We will meet the delivery costs of faulty, incorrect or damaged on delivery goods but we ask that you let us nominate a carrier.

Refunded items will be refunded in full, including delivery charges.

Please ensure that returned items are securely packaged for return.

Pricing Errors

Please note that if a product is priced incorrectly on the website then we are not honour bound to sell at that price.
